This summer it’s a full-blown Pixar Fest at the Disneyland Resort and every inch of the property is ready for the celebration. A whole bunch of new entertainment, food, shopping, decorations, and more have debuted and are ready to enjoy now though September 3!

At Disney California Adventure
Paint the Night
The immensely popular nighttime parade which originally debuted at Disneyland is swapping parks to make its debut along the Parade Corridor at Disney California Adventure. The longer parade route should help ensure everyone who wants to scope a spot gets their chance.

Pixar Pals
Paradise Gardens has become the Pixar Pals area of the park and includes the Pixarmonic Orchecstra, Character Greetings, photo-ops, and AP Corner.
The Pixarmonic Orchestra
Enjoy the whimsical sounds of this traveling troupe paying homage to Pixar favorites. They use unconventional instruments including cowbells, kazoos, duck calls, sirens and slide whistles.

Character Greetings
Snap a selfie, get an autograph, and get some quality face-time with your favorite Pixar characters at Paradise Gardens. Expect to see rotating sets with characters including Woody & Buzz, Mike & Sulley, Mr. & Mrs. Incredible, Flik & Atta and Russell & Dug. You can find characters rotating under the rotunda and walking around the land.
It’s also great for some selfies without characters, too!
Coco Photo Opp
AP Corner
Located in the Pixar Pals area, the popular offering for Annual Passholders includes a special photo location, removable decals, and AP-exclusive merch options too.

Pixar Shorts Film Festival
The Sunset Showcase Theater in Hollywood Land is now home to “film festival” of rotating favorites including Pixar shorts such as For the Birds and Lava.

Blueberry Scout Jamboree 2018
Activities and coloring tables are a low-key way to pass sometime inbetween FastPasses or to escape the heat. Face Painting available for extra cost.
Knick Knacks
Although its exterior is still under refurbishment, the former Treasures in Paradise gift shop reopened as a Pixar merchandise headquarters.

Pixcar Film Festival Photo Opp is at the entrance to Cars Land which now features two recreations of the spoof characters of Woody and Buzz as toys in “Toy Car Story.” There’s also new posters on promotion at the Radaiator Springs Drive Inn including The Incredicars, Fueling Nemo, Monster Trucks, Inc. and Toy Car Story.

Together Forever – A Pixar Nighttime Spectacular
The highlight of Pixar Fest at Disneyland is the brand-new dazzling fireworks spectacle dedicated to the Pixar characters. See Buzz Lightyear zoom about over the castle and witness the entire balloon-floated house of Carl Fredricksen from Up.
As to be expected the show comes alive on the facades of Sleeping Beauty Castle, Main Street, USA, “it’s a small world,” and on mist screens along the Rivers of America.

Pixar Play Parade
Earlier in the day, you can “countdown to fun” now that the classic Disney California Adventure Parade has moved over to Disneyland! The classic parade gets a small update with a few notable updates that include the Pixar lamp plus small floats for characters from Up and Inside Out!

Alien Pizza Planet
Red Rockett’s Pizza Port has been invaded by little green aliens (from Toy Story) and they’ve brought in some dishes from their native land. Apparently, they love pesto pasta and cheeseburger pizzas!

Later This Year
Incredibles join Paint the Night parade in June with a dazzling new float in celebration of the upcoming Incredibles 2.
Pixar Pals Dance Party debuts June 8 at the Tomorrowland Terrace. Expect to see Russell, Dug, Woody, Jessie, the Green Army Men and more.
