About the Show
A slow drumbeat calls — and the mystical Marie Laveau, Voodoo Queen, guides you past the gate into the court of Baron Samedi, Lwa of the dead. Dancers drift through the mist. Flames rise, tombs drum, the cemetery wakes. The dead keep rhythm. The show continues the tradition of spooktacular spectacles at the iconic Calico Mine Stage.
How to Watch
Voodoo: Bayou’s Edge runs approximately 30 minutes and takes place at the Calico Mine Stage. This one is low commitment so it’s easy to also just pop in or pop out or just enjoy as you walk by it.
There’s some places on the lawn in front of the stage where you can sit and a few picnic tables flanking the stage offering a relaxing place to enjoy the sights and sounds as they erupt around you. This show proves to be quite popular so if you want to snag a bench seat, we suggest arriving at least 30 minutes before showtime — longer if you’re picky about your spot.
Typical showtimes are 8:30 PM, 10:00 PM, and 11:30 PM but always check the Knott’s Scary Farm app for the latest details. This show is exclusive to Knott’s Scary Farm.
