Sometimes it doesn’t have to be just blood-curdling screams and frights, even at 2026 Knott’s Scary Farm and that’s exactly where Occultum materializes in Ghost Town. Pure simple magic is on display at the Birdcage Theatre with with a rotating roster of illusionists straight from Hollywood’s legendary Magic Castle.

About the Show

Summoning magic from the deepest darkest depths, the Occultum is a quick respite from the chaos and carnage to sit back, relax, and enjoy some classic stage magic and maybe a laugh or two at the legendary Birdcage Theater. Occultum promises a more edgy, off-beat vibe than you’d typically expect see at the Magic Castle in Hollywood.

How to Watch

Occultum runs approximately 30 minutes and takes place at the Birdcage Theater. It is fairly easy to pop-in and catch if you’re in the area. While the show is not necessarily in high demand, the small venue does mean that some showings can and will fill-up. There’s no need to arrive more than 10 minutes before showtime unless you’re picky about where you sit!

Typical showtimes are 8:00 PM, 9:30 PM, 10:45 PM, and 12:00 AM on Thursdays and Sundays and 8:15 PM, 9:30 PM, 11:15 PM, and 12:30 AM on Fridays and Saturdays but always check the Knott’s Scary Farm app for the latest details. This show is exclusive to Knott’s Scary Farm.
