Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure is inhabited by a wide array of Disney characters every year and for the 2026 season, there’s a lot of friends (and foes) who you can see. From treat trails and meet & greets to evening entertainment, there’s enchanted encounters lurking around every corner.
Here’s a full look at all the characters you can expect to see during 2026 Oogie Boogie Bash — A Disney Halloween Party at Disney California Adventure.
What to Expect
Below we’ve indicated the three main ways in which you can spot characters during the event. Use these icons to identify the different ways to see all characters listed below.
- 🎃 Treat Trails – Most, but not all, treat trails feature characters — often dedicated to a single character who will be there all night.
- 🦇 Meet and Greets – A scattering of traditional meet and greet setups are available — usually a rotating roster of multiple characters.
- 🕷️ Entertainment – A great way to spot a bunch of favorites at once — you likely won’t get personal interactions but can still see a bunch of characters
Complete List of Characters
Here’s ALL of the characters (to the best of our knowledge) that you can see for this year’s Oogie Boogie Bash. This year, a new character (who you can only see during the event) is Yzma (from THE EMPEROR’S NEW GROOVE). Plus, without the Frightfully Fun Parade this year, several other favorites are also greeting guests including Evil Queen, Cruella De Vil, Dr. Facilier plus Anastasia and Drizella. Fans can also be on the lookout for Gaston who is also normally not part of the Oogie Boogie Bash festivities.
Favorites from previous years have also returned including Syndrome from THE INCREDIBLES. In addition, you can also once again see Hades (as a speaking character) plus Meg, Pain and Panic from HERCULES, Dr. Doofensmirz from PHINEAS AND FERB, Ernesto de la Cruz from COCO, plus a special group appearance by Minnie, Daisy, and Clarabelle dressed as the Sanderson Sisters from HOCUS POCUS or you can spot Mickey, Goofy, and Donald dressed in outfits from KINGDOM HEARTS. Of course, the event namesake, Oogie Boogie from THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS is part of the lineup amongst many more. We’ll update this list as new information develops.
