Much of the global community was shocked earlier this year to learn of the passing of Chadwick Boseman from cancer. The actor left a short but indelible mark on the Marvel Cinematic Universe as T’Challa, king of the nation of Wakanda, and was known off the screen for a warm and charitable personality. Today, in celebration of the late actor’s 44th birthday, Disney+ has updated the MARVEL STUDIOS splash title card in tribute.
If you tune in to the 6:24 mark of Black Panther on Disney+, you can see the newly updated signature MARVEL STUDIOS animation.
A similar tribute was done for the iconic opening title card for CAPTAIN MARVEL to commemorate the passing of fan-favoite Marvel editor-in-chief and creative guru Stan Lee.
