Fresh off the emerald isle, Universal Creative Director/Executive Producer John Murdy was back again at Midsummer Scream to talk Halloween Horror Nights in Hollywood.

Highlights were the a new Slash vinyl album, announcement of the haunted house The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Legacy of Leatherface celebrating 50 years of the iconic franchise, details on the heroines and villainesses of Universal Monsters: Eternal Bloodlines, details and artwork for the new Luchadores Monstruosos scare zone, plus a tease of a Mama Crow character who was given no further context.

Luchadores Monstruosos scare zone

Based off the explosively popular Monstruos: The Monsteres of Latin America maze from last year this scare zone will feature a battle of good and bad luchadores based on their movies that are knock-offs of famous Universal monsters. This sounds like pure perfection and the artwork released so far is absolutely stunning.
