THE LITTLE MERMAID is ready to surface at El Capitan Theatre with a special limited run from May 25 – June 12, 2023. The engagement will include a special costume display plus early screening fan events and more!

If a regular movie-going situation is not your style, you can opt for the El Capitan Theatre for some special extras!

  • Costume Display: Arrive early to enjoy a special display of costumes used during production of the film
  • Photo Op: Recreate the iconic boat scene from the movie at a photo op and see costumes from the movie
  • Sea-Tastic Curtain Show will kick off the presentation in true El Capitan style

Special Modified Screenings

  • Sensory Inclusive Screenings (shown in 2D) are available June 6 at 7:30pm
  • Open Caption screenings (shown in 2D) are available June 1 at 7:30pm
  • Spanish Dubbed screenings (shown in 3D) are available June 3 at 12:30pm

Early Screening Fan Event

Fans are encouraged to cosplay as their favorite characters for this fan event shown in Dolby Vision 3D.

  • WHEN: Thursday, May 25 and 7:30pm on Friday, May 26 — at 7:00pm on each night
  • WHAT:
    • For the Thursday Event: Receive one Ursula collectible figure, one Little Mermaid tote, popcorn, beverage and an event credential and lanyard with their ticket.
