Mickey’s Toontown has spent several months getting neat and pretty for a grand re-debut at Disneyland and fans were surprised by the first-ever appearance of the character Pete roaming around the land and greeting guests.
As with any other character in Mickey’s Toontown, Pete can be seen periodically throughout the day. Check with character hosts in the land or the Disneyland app for the most up-to-date information on how to find Pete at Disneyland. He does not have a dedicated meet and greet location so you’ll have to keep an eye out!
This cool cat has a long history with the Disney company, he starred alongside Mickey Mouse in Mickey’s first-ever official animtaed short, STEAMBOAT WILLIE. Over the years, Pete has played the part of villain, foe, and general tough cat in many Disney projects including A GOOFY MOVIE where perhaps more than ever before the character was fleshed out with more of a backstory as the neighbor to Goofy.
