We shared a bunch of details about the upcoming Mickey’s Toontown and Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway after visiting the Disney Parks pavilion at the D23 Expo but we also got some fun teases with additional concept art, too, that confirm a few more details.

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway queue will feature immersive elements within its queue set inside of the El Capitoon Theater which we feel has strong vibes to a certain House of Mouse.

Donald’s Duck Pond will feature a spongy play area that includes water features and althoug nothing specifically was confirmed we see that Webby from the most recent animated DuckTales series can bee seen in one of the portholes.

Goof’s How to Play transforming his house from a modest walk through (it was formerly an inflatable Bounce House) and adding in an interactive candy kitchen concept where guests can help Goofy make a bunch of candy with interactive games and features. His backyard is also getting an expansive refurbishment to include more interactive play areas including Fort Max paying tribute to his son made popular in A Goofy Movie

Mickey’s Toontown and Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway are both expected to open in 2023. An official reopening date has not yet been announced.
