A visit to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa for any amount of time is going to be one that hits the pocket books in a noticeable way but there are ways to stay budget conscious while you stay including taking advantage of the surprisingly still-valid offer for free popcorn refills!

aulani ulu cafe free popcorn refills 20211203_113913In order to get your free popcorn refills at Aulani, you have to have purchased the current souvenir bucket which costs $8. The free refills are only for length of stay although, in our experience, Cast Members never asked us for a receipt to confirm purchase. Still, we took a picture of our receipt to have it handy during our stay.

But you remember, there was a catch, right? You have to be a Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Member in order to score those complimentary salty popped kernels. When you check in to the hotel, you are given a DVC wristband and this is how Cast Members verified that we were members to get our refills.

To promote a touch-free experience, your popcorn will come in a paper bag which you are free to then empty into your bucket if you’d like.
