There’s a lot going on at the Disneyland Resort and it’s a little daunting to take it all in. Pixar Fest debuted this past weekend but there’s still TONS going on around other reaches of the parks. We won’t cover Pixar Fest here but you can find our ultimate guide to everything Pixar Fest for a look at all the goings-on there!
For this update, we’ll take you to Galaxy’s Edge, Pixar Pier, Blue Sky Cellar, and beyond for looks at ongoing construction. Plus we’ll get an update on refurbishment projects including “it’s a small world,” Splash Mountain, and more.
Of course, we’ll have a nice fat merch run for you, this one with a huge dose of red, white, and blue patriotic purchaseables. All of this and MUCH more in this week’s Pixar Fest-free pictorial! ENJOY!

Around Disneyland
A new extended queue has been created for “it’s a small world” to help alleviate the need for the line to jump across the parade route.
Doesn’t look like the new parade gate is done but that hasn’t stopped the parades from stepping off for Pixar Fest!
Dumbo is slowly being rebuilt, it should also be receiving a new better-covered queue.
Water flows once again at Splash Mountain!
Crowds.
