Imagineer Joe Rhode takes to the Disney Parks Blog for a special video explaining how the mythical Pandora – The World of Avatar expansion fits into the narrative and framework of Disney’s Animal Kingdom park in Walt Disney World.
The immersive new land will feature two new signature attractions of Avatar Flight of Passage, where guests will fly over the jungles of Pandora on a Mountain Banshee and Na’vi River Journey, a family-friendly boat ride through the bioluminescent forests. This is in addition to new dining, shopping and entertainment options.
