Disney California Adventure has got a festive new one-day celebration coming in anticipation of the official June 17 grand opening of the Shanghai Disney Resort.
On Thursday, June 16, Hollywood Land will play host to a slew special Asian-inspired offerings reminiscent of the annual Lunar New Year celebrations with local community entertainment groups, special food and drink (pork bao, almond cookies and pot stickers), and photo ops. Mulan and Mushu characters will also be making appearances throughout the day.
Of course, there will be a button commemorating the opening of Shanghai Disney Resort while supplies last.
