There’s a lot going on during 2026 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event and we’ve got a bunch of event and venue hours laid out so that you don’t waste precious time trekking across the massive Anaheim Convention Center just to get to a location that isn’t open. Of course, availability and details is always subject to change but hopefully this helps you maximize your time!

Here’s the latest information to know about 2026 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event (formerly D23 Expo) taking place from August 14 – 16, 2026.

Venue Hours

Anaheim Convention Center

The schedule is the same on all three days of the event.

  • Full day guests: 9 AM – 8 PM
  • Afternoon guests: 4 PM – 8 PM

Honda Center:

Doors for the Honda Center will open two (2) hours prior to each presentation start time.

  • Disney Entertainment Showcase: Friday, August 14, at 7 PM
  • Disney Experiences Showcase: Saturday, August 15, at 7 PM
  • Disney Legends Ceremony: Sunday, August 16, at 1:30 PM

Event Offering Hours

Unless noted otherwise, hours are effective for all three days of the event.

  • D23 Gold Member Event Gift Pick-up: 10 AM to 8 PM
  • Guest Relations: 9 AM to 8 PM
  • Accessibility Services: 8 AM to 8 PM
  • Lobby Bag Check: 9 AM to 8 PM
  • Grand Plaza Bag Check:
    • Friday, August 14: 9 AM until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end
    • Saturday, August 15: 9 AM until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end
    • Sunday, August 16: 9 AM to 8 PM
  • Arena Plaza Bag Check:
    • Friday, August 14: 9 AM until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end
    • Saturday, August 15: 9 AM until 90 minutes after Honda Center shows end
    • Sunday, August 16: 9 AM to 8 PM
