Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland is moving! Well in time, at least. As a majority of the land rewinds its backstory timeline to the period just around the original trilogy of Star Wars films, fans will now find familiar faces visiting the land including Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa, Han Solo, and Darth Vader. The changes come ahead of the upcoming changeover in the Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run attraction to a similar shift in timeline to reflect events of the upcoming live action THE MANDALORIAN AND GROGU.
Here’s what you need to know about spotting characters in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge.
Original Trilogy
In the areas immediately surrounding the Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run attraction, you can find several original trilogy characters roaming including Luke, Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, and Darth Vader. You may also spot R2-D2 and Stormtroopers on your travels.
Luke Skywalker
Typical appearance times include 11 AM, 12 PM, :45 PM, 3:15 PM, and 4:30 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information.
Leia Organa
Typical appearance times include 8:15 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:15 AM, 12:30 PM, and 1:45 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information.
Han Solo
Typical appearance times include 1:30 PM, 2:45 PM, 4:45 PM, 6:00 PM, and 7:15 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information.
Chewbacca
Typical appearance times include 1:15 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:45 PM, 5:15 PM, and 6:30 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information. Chewbacca can also be seen near Resistance Courtyard outside the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction.
Darth Vader and Stormtroopers

Sequel Trilogy
In the areas in front of the Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance attraction, you’ll be able to spot Rey and Chewbacca. Plus, in Tomorrowland, you can find Kylo Ren.
Rey
Typical appearance times include 12:30 PM, 1:15 PM, 2:00 PM, 2:45 PM, 3:45 PM, and 5:15 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information.
Chewbacca
Typical appearance times include 12:45 PM and 2:00 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information. Chewbacca can also be seen near Millennium Falcon: Smuggler’s Run.

Kylo Ren
He has moved his hunt for Rebellion scum to the far reaches of the universe in Tomorrowland. He can be seen roaming the land from 11:00 AM – 1:30 PM but these are subject to change; always check the Disneyland app on the date of your visit for the latest information.
