Here’s a full look inside the 2025 Legacy Store and Museum at the Knott’s California Marketplace.

First concepted in 2023 for the 50th anniversary of Knott’s Scary Farm, the Emporium Store turns back once again into the Legacy Store and Museum paying homage to decades of haunts and offering the latest merchandise for the season.

Cleverly, the store itself was cohesively designed like an actual haunted maze itself with several differently themed rooms featuring various collections of merchandise items. Largely unchanged since its first debut, the store itself features several sections dedicated to iconic themes from year’s past including a haunted house (with the stair case from the Trick or Treat maze), a spooky graveyard (with tombstones dedicated to previous years haunts), a creepy CarnEvil side show, a ranch extension of Ghost Town, and a dark nether realm dedicated to all things Scary Farm.

The shop is open to the public and no park admission is required during the day. The shop is generally open at 11am each day and closing times will vary. On non-event weekdays, the store usually closes at 7 pm (non-event weekend nights may close later). On Knott’s Scary Farm event nights, the store closes at 5:30 pm.

On Knott’s Scary Farm event nights, the store will reopen exclusively for those with valid event admission via a special backstage entrance accessible from inside the park in Ghost Town. The store reopens during Knott’s Scary Farm from 7 pm with a closing time of either 1:30 am or 2:30 am depending on the event hours.
