If you’re visiting Universal Fan Fest Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, you can partake in a quick and easy scavenger hunt quest that will reward you with a commemorative metal souvenir medallion!

Here’s everything you need to know about the Universal Fan Fest Nights Digital Medallion Quest.

How to Play

• Create your Digital Fan Card from the Universal Fan Fest Nights Digital Medallion Quest landing page at ⁠backlot.club.
  • You can also scan the QR code at any of the medallion kiosks.
  • NOTE: You’ll need an NBCUniversal account to play which you can create from that page.
• Access the locations map to find exactly where each of the four separate medallion kiosks throughout the park.
  • Two are on the upper lot and two are on the lower lot. They’re not hard to find and will be lit with a spinning icon.
• Scan at each kiosk on the touch point to collect all four digital medallions which will be added to your Digital Fan Card collection.

  • If the tap-to-scan isn’t working, you can also use the unique four digital codes on each machine.
  • The four codes are X9T4, V9AU, LM2R, B7VM.
    • Pro-Tip: The experience is not geofenced so you can enter these codes once you’re at the event.
• Once you have all four medallions in your Backlot Club account, head to the Universal Studio Store near the main entrance to redeem for a real Ultimate Fan Medallion!

Universal Fan Fest Nights tickets range from the cheapest option at $74 for General Admission (offering entry to the event) to the most expensive option at $373 for the VIP Tour (which includes a guided tour, unlimited express access, private trolley transport, gourmet dinner, and valet parking). Mid-range options offer a combination of daytime park admission with limited express access to rides and attractions, plus evening event access with early entry to select experiences.
