Universal Orlando Resort is ramping up excitement ahead of the official May 22 grand opening of Universal Epic Universe with exclusive previews starting April 17, 2025! Tickets are now available for select guests to get an early peek at the impressive new theme park.

Here’s everything you need to know about Universal Epic Universe previews!

Park Preview

Starting today, select guests are eligible to purchase preview tickets to visit the new Universal Epic Universe ! It should be expected during the preview period that some attractions and experiences may have limited availability as final preparations continue in this soft open period.

The perk is available for guests including Annual and Seasonal Passholders, 2025 Military Freedom Pass Ticket Holders, Universal Rewards Signature VISA Card members, and Universal Orlando hotel guests. Tickets for additional audiences will be made available in the coming weeks.

Guests visiting during this exclusive preview period will be among the first to experience the all-new theme park’s five immersive worlds:

Hotel Reservations

In tandem with the theme park preview, Universal is also opening reservations for its newest hotel, the Universal Helios Grand Hotel – A Loews Hotel, with stays beginning April 16. Located adjacent to Epic Universe, the Mediterranean-inspired 500-room hotel offers themed dining options (Flora Taverna, Aurora Market, Lotus Lagoon), a zero-entry pool, cabanas, a fitness center, and more. The rooftop Bar Helios offers food, beverages, and panoramic views into the new theme park.

Guests staying at the Helios Grand Hotel will enjoy exclusive benefits, including:

  • Dedicated park entrance from the hotel lobby (valid park admission required)
  • Early Park Admission (beginning May 23 for Epic Universe)
  • Complimentary shuttle to the theme parks and CityWalk
