As previously confirmed, Downtown Disney will be getting two new restaurant concepts under direction of Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori with the addition of Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon sit down restaurant and Pearl’s Roadside BBQ quick service spot. Each location is expected to takeover the footprint of the former Tortilla Jo’s.
Here’s what we know so far about the latest announcements for Downtown Disney.
Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon
- Expect to dine on premium cuts of beef, fresh seafood, sandwiches and salads, along with an impressive selection of bourbon and cocktails.
- There will be prominent bar, an array of plush booths, warm table seating throughout and private dining.
- The location promises crisp lines mixed with rich wood tones add style to the interior, which will be comfortable and sophisticated
Pearl’s Roadside BBQ
- Expect to dine on chef-driven, modern barbecue with traditional North Carolina cookouts with a menu featuring pulled pork, beef brisket and smoked heritage turkey with house-made sauces, along with craft beers and moonshine cocktails.
- There will be a spacious patio and Shine Bar will have views of the Downtown Disney promenade
- The location promises decor including fixtures and finishes will evoke the nostalgia of a vintage filling station renovated to become a vibrant and bustling BBQ joint. A a hand-painted mural will set the scene, while aromas of fragrant hickory and oak tease the palate.
