Attractions and Entertainment

Star Trek: Red Alert Walk-Through Experience

Head to the Pets Place area on the Upper Lot near the Starbucks to the former Walking Dead attraction. Guests will step aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D for an immersive, story-driven walk-through adventure. The story is set in the year 2403, shortly after the events of Star Trek: Picard, and begins as a routine tour of the starship, docked at the Starfleet Museum. Of course, things quickly escalate when a mysterious interstellar threat causes the warp core to destabilize.

As participants move through the ship, they explore iconic locations including a shuttle station, plus the ship’s sick bay, engineering control room, and turbo lifts before heading up to the bridge of the Enterprise-D. This isn’t a replica—it’s a screen-used set originally created for Picard.

The walk-through concludes in the transporter room, where guests are beamed back to Earth, completing a multi-sensory journey that blends live performers, detailed scenic environments, and cinematic effects for a deeply immersive Star Trek adventure.

Quark’s Cafe takes over at Hollywood & Dine near the park entrance, right next to 10 Forward Bar. Full menu follows below with prices.

    • 🌞 Klingon Targ Legs ($16.99) Charsui honey pork wings served with kimchi fried rice
    • 🌞 Andorian Red Bat Sandwich ($15.99) Herb marinated chicken breast on a bao bun with garlic aioli, charred red onion and arugula served with Andorian Tuber Root
    • 🌞 Vulcan Fritters ($16.99) Fried mushroom fritters served with hummus and dusted with a Redspice Vulcan logo
    • 🌞 Bajoran Hasperat ($16.99) Slow-cooked spicy pork, gochujang, pickled vegetables with sriracha mayonnaise

    • Bajoran Ale ($18) A traditional Quark cocktail served with and without alcohol.
      • With alcohol, cocktail features zero-proof tequila, mezcal, pineapple and lime juice, ginger and simple syrup, bitters and soda water, and garnished with ginger candy.
      • Without alcohol, mocktail features non-alcoholic tequila, ginger ale and orange juice and garnished with ginger candy
    • Klingon Bloodwine ($22) A popular Klingon wine
    • Andorian Ale ($16) Originated on the planet Andoria, this blue colored alcoholic beverage is made with gin, blue Curacao, lemonade, lemon / lime soda and garnished with blue vanilla cake frosting and pop rocks, served in a shot glass
    • Kanar ($18) A popular Cardassian liquor made with aged rum, pomegranate juice, black cherry syrup, lemon juice and soda water and garnished with a black cherry fruit gummy candy
    • Orion Hurricane ($18) Served on the USS Enterprise, this strikingly green beverage is made with coconut, pineapple and lime rum, melon liquor, lime juice, green apple syrup, soda water and edible glitter and garnished with a silver dusted dehydrated lime slice

10 Forward Bar

The 10 Forward Bar takes over Laemmle Courtyard near the park entrance, right next to Quark’s Cafe.

  • Ceti Eel Margarita ($18) Inspired by the Ceti Eel that enters the body via the ear and wraps itself around the cerebral cortex, this cocktail features vodka, lime juice, agave, pineapple juice, jalapeno syrup and bitters and garnished with electric fire dust and a gummy Ceti Eel
  • Romulan Ale ($18) This drink features vodka, blue Curacao, lemon juice, simple syrup, lemon / lime soda and bitters and garnished with blue rock candy
  • Tea, Earl Grey, Cold and Hot ($18) A cocktail twist on Captain Picard’s favorite available both cold and hot, features bourbon, Earl Grey tea, honey syrup and lemon juice and garnished with a dehydrated lemon slice. The Cold version is topped with Peach White Claw.
  • Chateau Picard ($25) A French Bordeaux wine inspired by the Picard family vineyard, Chateau Picard
  • White Claw Hard Seltzer ($13) Black Cherry or Peach

Mid-range options offer a combination of daytime park admission with limited express access to rides and attractions, plus evening event access with early entry to select experiences.
