Since Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opened at Disneyland, the immersive land has been a solid go-to for watching fireworks and now the pyrotechnics will be accompanied by an in-world themed musical accompaniment called Fire of the Rising Moons.

Debuting April 5, 2024 for the inaugural weekend of the Star Wars Season of the Force celebration at Disneyland, the new music has an in-world backstory. Villagers and visitors will come together to celebrate their freedom and to honor the heroes and legends of the galaxy who came before them. The score features selections from composer John Williams’ Star Wars film scores.

Fire of the Rising Moons is expected to be performed on evenings when Disneyland will be presenting fireworks. It can be enjoyed from multiple areas in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge including the Black Spire Spaceport, the TIE Echelon docking platform and the speeder garage.

As an extra plus, MagicBand+ is being integrated with colorful lights and ambient vibrations synced with various moments throughout the show.
