Tiana’s Palace is officially opening at Disneyland on September 7, 2023 offering a completely revamped menu that includes a robust offering of Southern specialties such as man-catching beignets, gumbo, muffuletta sandwiches, shrimp & grits, and more.
The newly reimagined space promises a host of homages to both THE PRINCESS AND THE FROG plus Disneyland itself.

Official images released by Disney offer a peek at some of the details inside the freshly reimagined former French Market.
Keen-eyed fans familiar with Disney history will recognize the homage of the drum with Firefly Five Plus Lou a clear reference to Louis the Alligator and Ray the firebug from the film but the name is a play on words for the Firehouse Five Plus Two. The Dixieland jazz band dates back to the earliest days of Disneyland and featured many Disney notables over the years including Ward Kimball, Harper Goff, Frank Thomas, and more.
