The worlds of Disney-Pixar’s SOUL and Disney Animation’s ENCANTO spring to live out on the open sea as part of enhancements made to the Disney Magic ship on the Disney Cruise Line.

An Encanto Celebration

Details so far are sparse but the new “An Encanto Celebration” is a new immersive experience for the whole family.

  • Guests can meet and take photos with the characters, sing along to songs from the movie, and create crafts inspired by the film
  • Guests can also enjoy a selection of Colombian beers, cocktails, sodas, and mocktails

The Soul Cat Lounge

The Soul Cat Lounge is a newly refreshed lounge inspired by the movie SOUL. Located on deck three near Rapunzel’s Royal Table restaurant, the lounge is decorated like a classic New York jazz club, with brick walls, wood accents, and plenty of rich leather seating.  The lounge is adorned with custom artwork from Pixar, including nods to the film Soul.

  • Guests can enjoy tantalizing bites include zeppoles, a classic Italian pastry similar to a fried doughnut
  • Find a robust assortment of native brews, cocktails, mocktails, specialty coffees, and more
  • There is a stage for live music, and guests can dance on the dance floor

Concierge Enhancements

  • The Disney Magic has been upgraded with new concierge spaces and shore power technology
  • The concierge lounge has been reimagined and expanded, and now features a tropical theme inspired by Moana
  • All concierge suites have been refurbished with new fixtures, furniture, and artwork
  • Shore power technology allows the ship to “plug in” to the port’s electrical grid, reducing emissions
