The Disney Institute provides business insights and best practices to participants all around the world with learnings from core operations of the Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Offered in both single-day and multi-day formats, courses guide you through an immersive learning experience to gain insight into what drives the world-renowned customer experience at Disney parks across the globe.

Participants learn firsthand from Disney leaders, join in real-world experiences, and collaborate with other professionals during interactive sessions on topics including Disney’s Approach to Leadership Excellence, Disney’s Approach to Employee Engagement, and Disney’s Approach to Quality Service.

NEW Disney Institute offerings have been added, including the 2020 Customer Experience Summit and Regional Professional Development Courses taking place in select locations across the United States. In addition, new dates have been added for single- or multi-day Professional Development Courses at Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
