Disneyland Resort has once again updated the procedures and policies regarding the closures at their parks and the latest announcements surround Annual Passholdes for both those that are paid in full or those on the Monthly Payment Plan.
AP: Paid in Full
All active Disneyland Resort Annual Passholders who have paid for their Passports in full have two options:
Extended Expiration
- Extended Expiration: New date will be determined based on length of closure
- New Expiration Date: Will be reflected on the Annual Passholder’s Passport account prior to the reopening of the theme parks
Partial Refund
You may chose to elect the following. Information will be provided soon on how to choose this option.
- Partial refund will be available in lieu of extended expiration
AP: Monthly Payment Plan
Effective April 5, 2020…
Partial Refund
- Refunded Payments: For those made between March 14 through April 4, 2020
- Waived Payments: From April 5 onward payments delayed while parks are closed
- Payments Resume: Passholder’s regularly scheduled payment dates will resume once the parks reopen
- No Extended Expiration: Passports will expire upon their originally scheduled expiration dates
Extended Expiration
You may chose to elect the following. Information will be provided soon on how to choose this option.
- Extended Expiration: New date will be determined based on length of closure
- New Expiration Date: Will be reflected on the Annual Passholder’s Passport account prior to the reopening of the theme parks
- Postponed Payments: Starting with payments due April 5 through the park closure period
- Payments Resume: Postponed payments will be added to the end of the Passholder’s currently scheduled payment term
