It was a scorcher of a weekend as the Disney Holidays continue at the Disneyland Resort and existing projects continue overtaking the happiest place on earth.
Our pictorial this week drops in on Sandy Claws from The Nightmare Before Christmas and he is greeting guests this year with Sally. Plus, we’ll get a look at Mickey’s Runaway Railway and Avengers Campus Marvel expansion. We’ll also get an updated look at Project Sparkle in Tomorrowland plus other projects and goings on around the resort.
Of course, a merch run awaits at the end plus more in this latest park pictorial. ENJOY!

Walls are finally down around Plaza Inn revealing smaller planters and wider walkways.
Some of the new planters don’t yet have their fences. You can see on the right side of the photo the new flooring where the planter used to extend.
It’s a shame they can’t stay that way, it looks great.
Drill holes are ready for new fencing to be placed.
The fence-free grass areas are reminiscent of the early days of Disneyland when planters similarly were not fenced in.
The entrance of Tomorrowland is ready for the impact of nightly crowds waiting for fireworks and parades.
This final bit of walls remain at the entrance. Notice the curb-free perimeter of the hub which should make it much easier for wheel-bound guests to traverse.
The buildings behind the entrance remain behind scaffolding and scrims.
