With a splashy party a Disney California Adventure during the D23 Expo weekend, Disney Movie Rewards club welcomed loyal members were amongst the first to learn of the program’s evolution into Disney Movie Insiders. On September 26, 2019, Disney Movie Rewards will officially become Disney Movie Insiders which maintains the point-reward based system but with a stronger focus on being a place where new fans and super fans unite. The announcement teased a few of the new program features as well as a mobile app, and has promised more to come.
Members will find in the new Disney Movie Insiders…
- Various interactive experiences on a new mobile app
- More ways to earn and redeem points for amazing rewards
- Insiders access to special perks and sweepstakes
- Buy movie tickets (to earn more points)
- Movie trailers
- Special content
If you have logged into your account within the last 5 years, your account will automatically be moved over to the new program. If not, you have until September 23, 2019 deadline to ensure that your account is moved over to the new platform.
