The D23 Expo is a magical oasis that takes place every other year and one of the biggest draws for many a Disney fan is the Show Floor! From official pavilions with special offers, displays, and photo-ops to special presentations, celebrity appearances, and yes… even a daily parade, there’s more magic to uncover than you could possibly hope to see in just three days.
Even with three days of access, we don’t think saw everything. But we’re happy to take you inside the Anaheim Convention center for a look at the D23 Expo 2019 Show Floor! ENJOY!
Disney Parks
Disney Parks Experiences and Products once again has a massive part of the D23 Expo Show Floor offering exciting looks at the upcoming transformation of Epcot, new Avengers Campus (Marvel themed lands), Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser (Star Wars hotel), Tron Lightcycle Power Run (Magic Kingdom), Mickey’s Runaway Railway (Disneyland and Disney’s Hollywood Studios), plus teases for Shanghai Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, and Hong Kong Disneyland. Walt Disney Archives
The Walt Disney Archives always have a great showing at the D23 Expo and this year is no different with a fantastic pavilion that includes more than 70 costumes from 55 years of Disney movies and television shows!
Inside the World of Avatar
Found within the “Inside the World of Avatar” exhibit were pre-production artifacts and material dating from the earliest beginnings of the AVATAR design process are found here — some are physical props that were created as inspiration and reference for the digital versions seen in the actual film. Other items within included screen-used props from the live-action portions of the film plus some photo-ops.

Snacks and Eats
Dole Whips and Mickey Pretzels. Winning! So glad they were able to get this going this year.
Buena Vista Commissary and Eat Ticket dining locations vended food right in the convention centers. Lines were never SUPER long as far as we ever saw. There were lots of smaller kiosks and food vending locations too, a much needed improvement.
D23 Gold Member Lounge
This could certainly use some tweaking for next Expo. Incredibly long lines for much too small a space. The idea is right perhaps not the execution. What is it? An exclusive lounge area to rest your feet, replenish your batteries at the charging stations, play fun games (and yes, win some prizes), and enjoy refreshments. Plus, a special keepsake using the Penny Press with Expo-exclusive design!
