Destination D has only just kicked off in Orlando in celebration of Mickey Mouse’s 90th Anniversary tomorrow but the announcements are already starting to roll out including the first big news with the confirmation of a new cinematic nighttime experience at Disney’s Hollywood Studios called: Wonderful World of Animation.
The Wonderful World of Animation will be projection show taking place on the facade of the Chinese Theatre which will soon be home to the Mickey’s Runaway Railway attraction. The show will use state-of-the-art projection technology to take guests on a magical journey through more than 90 years of Disney animation, all beginning with Mickey himself.
Wonderful World of Animation debuts at Disney’s Hollywood Studios May 2019.
