After a several-month closure and refurbishment, the Disneyland AUTOPIA has reopened and with a new corporate sponsorship by Honda!
While the ride experience for the most part remains the same, there was some refreshing throughout the giant attraction including new paint, refreshed foliage, and updated signs throughout. Several of the previous props including statues and signage remained but were updated and refreshed, as well.
Some of the new details include repainted cars that have been updated to Honda-authentic colors, some even following the same paint formulas. The new cars all don shiny little Honda logos on their hoods now, too. The grand-stand area that formerly housed holographic videos of the Chevron cars now plays new videos presented by Honda.
