Beyond just the mazes, 2026 Knott’s Scary Farm packs several walkways around the park with scare zones themed to different original concepts bringing terrifying sights and sounds to unlife! Each area is based on a different horrifying concept and there’s no wait to enjoy as you walk through each themed space.

Here’s a look at each scare zone you can experience during 2026 Knott’s Scary Farm.

What to Expect

All five Scare Zones from last year return with frightful surprises including CarnEVIL now featuring Dr. Mesmer along with this sinister sideshow of carnie creeps on the Boardwalk; The Gauntlet which brings Game of Thrones vibes with a horror twist in Camp Snoopy; Gore-ing 20’s with the decadence and debauchery of a bygone area near Charleston Circle; Forsaken Lake with swampy unearthly undead near Silver Bullet; and, of course, the Ghost Town Streets with old western treachery and debauchery run amok. Plus, find creepy creeps available for photo-ops a the main entrance of the park, too!

Ghost Town Streets

Ghost Town Streets is the original — and still most terrifying — scare zone that started it all. Bands of half-human, half-animal monsters prowl the streets and inhabit the fog. Beware the sneaky Sliders who lunge from every fog-filled corner of the land.

Find this scare zone throughout the Main Street of Ghost Town and its surrounding areas including near the graveyard, saloon, and Bird Cage Theatre.

The Gauntlet

Encounter the King and Queen of the realm, maniacal Jesters, brutal Barbarians, wicked Wizards, and lawless Peasants, and they’re all ready for a royally good time… making you scream. All Hail the King or suffer the wrath of The Gauntlet!

Find this scare zone invading the entirety of Camp Snoopy.

Gore-ing 20’s

Indulge in the dark decadence of a by-gone era where gangsters run illicit hooch for the ghostly revelers and the otherworldly musicians play the music of the damned. Make sure you stay away from the Devil’s Elixir!

Find this scare zone along the Charleston Circle section of the park.

CarnEVIL

Something CarnEVIL this way comes and this freak show is now under the watchful eye of hypnotist Mesmer. This circus is more sinister than ever when cavorting carnies crash this cataclysmic carnival.

Find this scare zone along the entire boardwalk area of the park.

Forsaken Lake

Gothic creatures are unleashed from dark and murky waters, ready to prey on any unsuspecting fool who enters their domain. Keep a weather eye or you might just be one of their latest victims dragged back to into the mysterious depths.

Find this scare zone on the walkway near Silver Bullet leading to the Fiesta Village from Ghost Town.

Main Entrance

Although not officially a scare zone, you might find a few creepy creeps near the photo-ops at the main entrance of the park.
