HamiKuma is the creepy-cute sensation from Japan and he’s back again making stateside appearance at at 2026 at Universal Studios Hollywood for the Halloween season. From a selection of tempting merch items to a dedicated meet and greet there’s no escaping this unbearably creepy cutie.

Here’s a look at how to see HamiKuma during 2026 Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood.

If you’re visiting the park during the Halloween season, you might spot the cuddly candy-stuffed HamiKuma doing meet and greets near the Universal Animation Studio Store ready for hugs and selfies.

As with last year, you can find an adorable popcorn bucket of Hamikuma at various locations across the park.

Halloween Horror Nights returns this year to Universal Studios Hollywood (Thursday, September 3, 2026) and to Universal Studios Florida (Friday, August 28, 2026) and both events run select nights through Sunday, November 1, 2026.
