Marvel Studios fans inside Hall H at San Diego Comic-Con 2026 were treated to teases and announcements for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe return to AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY plus announcements of both GHOST RIDER with Ryan Gosling and BLACK PANTHER 3 with David Jonsson.

The presentation primarily focused on Avengers: Doomsday, featuring directors Anthony Russo and Joe Russo plus a large portion of the cast teasing exclusive footage and an audience participation experience with Doctor Doom masks and cloaks for a huge selfie. Marvel Studios also announced Ghost Rider, confirming Ryan Gosling as the star, Shawn Levy as director, and Jonathan Tropper as writer. Jon Bernthal appeared to discuss Spider-Man: Brand New Day and introduce an early preview. The event concluded with Ryan Coogler revealing David Jonsson as the new Black Panther while confirming Black Panther 3 for a December 15, 2028 theatrical release.
