Pass Member Park Takeover, presented by Coca-Cola returns June 3 for the 2026 summer season promising some bonus cheer for eligible Pass Members with reservations at Universal Studios Hollywood. What to Expect

Enjoy favorite rides and attractions, character meet-and-greets, and photo ops plus an outdoor Coca-Cola Zone with DJs, beverage sampling, lounge spaces, themed games, and more. Admission is free with a valid Annual or Season Pass and an advance online reservation.

When Is It?

  • WHEN: Wednesday, June 3, 2026
  • TIME: 8 PM–12 AM
  • CHECK IN: Look for the Pass Member Special Event turnstile at the Front Gate for entry and to receive your event credential

Getting Reservations

To be eligible you must have an already activated Annual or Season Pass valid through the date of the event. Reservations and space are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Pass Members must have a valid email address on file to receive the sign-up email.
  • If you did not receive an email, you can RSVP at UniversalPassMember.com starting May 14, 2026, after 11 AM.

Getting In

  • You don’t have to enter as a single group. As long as each Pass Member has a valid Annual or Season Pass and reservation confirmation, you will be able to enter the event.
  • Getting to the park early is allowed even if your pass is blocked out for the day. You can also get into the event after 8 PM even if your Pass is blocked out for the day. If you are in the park before 7pm. You will not need to exit the Park as long as you received your event credential. If arriving early, look for the Pass Member Special Event turnstile at the Front Gate for entry to receive your event credential.
  • Late arrivals will be accommodated until 11:00 PM.
  • Re-entry is NOT allowed. If you already have your event credential, you cannot exit and re-enter the park.
  • When is the next one? It’s expected that another similar Pass Member Park Takeover will take place around this time last year. Ahead of that, Universal Studios Hollywood will also likely do another Holiday Pass Member Park Takeover in November or December.

Benefits

  • All levels of members including Platinum, Gold Annual Pass, Silver Annual Pass, and Season Pass Members will receive a special limited-time increased discount. As always, subject to change and restrictions apply.
  • Universal Express is not available for purchase or use during the event (with the exception of Platinum Annual Pass members who can if they already have the ability to use the Universal Express access benefit after 3 PM perk).
  • Crowds in the park are typically lower than during regular park hours with less people in the walkways and queues for attractions. However, lines for restaurants that offer special offerings may typically be as long or longer as Pass Members line up to try the new offerings.

Attractions

  • Studio Tour will likely close early, with final tram departure around 9:15 PM.
  • Mario Kart: Bowser’s Challenge will likely close early, expected closure around 10:15 PM.
