For the 2026 run, D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is expecting a sell-out crowd — even with the update this year that restricts ticket sales only to paid D23 Gold Level members. For fans who are not able to purchase tickets once sales close, there WILL be a limited-time window in which a D23 2026 waitlist for tickets will become available.
Here’s the latest information to know about the waitlist for tickets to 2026 D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event (formerly D23 Expo) coming to Anaheim Convention Center and Honda Center from August 14 – 16, 2026.
Waitlist Details
With limited availability, D23 Gold Members who are unable to purchase tickets have the option to join a limited-time waitlist after ticket sales close. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee tickets, as availability is extremely limited. Here’s a few important details to know:
- When the waitlist period opens, D23 Gold Members will be asked to indicate their preferred ticket types and will need to provide their Gold Membership number to submit the waitlist form.
- Once the waitlist closes, all requests will be placed in a random order. The time you submit your request DOES NOT affect your position or your chances to purchase tickets.
- Those randomly selected to purchase a ticket from the waitlist will be notified by May 15.
- If you are selected from the waitlist, you will be emailed and called by a member of the D23 team with ticket availability options.
