Disneyland Hotel has once again decided to join Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa with a seasonal holiday confectionery display. Move over gingerbread, we’re building a different kind of sweet treat here!

About the Confectionery

Located at the Disneyland Hotel near Goofy’s Kitchen, the whimsical structure features a stylized flat panel version of Sleeping Beauty Castle amidst giant stylized snowflakes. Throughout the confection? Eleven hidden Mickeys!

The enchanting display was created by the Disney’s in-house culinary team from edible ingredients. Some of the stats for this candy confection:

  • 140 pounds of fondant
  • 60 pounds of chocolate
  • 30 pounds of powdered sugar
  • Loads of imagination and talent
