Six Flags Magic Mountain is bringing the theme back to its theme park this fall with two seasonal events aimed at attracting a wider group of visitors than just their tried and true thrill seeker demographic. The all-new Tricks and Treats events brings family-friendly entertainment to the park while Oktoberfest. Both offerings are included with regular park admission.

What to Expect

Six Flags Magic Mountain introduces Tricks and Treats this year, an all-new, family-friendly daytime Halloween event with silly tricks, tasty treats and bewitching entertainment. This kid-friendly celebration takes place before the sun sets and the scares set up — it’s all fun, no fear during the daytime at Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Oktoberfest at Magic Mountain is a one-of-a-kind festival experience where guests can chase the rush of roller coasters while appreciating the richness of a Bavarian brew during the same trip. It’s a winning combination inspired by more than 200 years of history.

Tricks and Treats

Tricks and Treats takes place at Bugs Bunny World and is included with park admission. Check out the full event guide map below. Highlights include:

  • Trick-or-Treat Trail replete with sweet treats
  • Meet and greets with Looney Tunes characters dressed up for the season and also original characters such as Willoughby the Bat or Cariño the Alebrije and at Whistlestop Park just during the spooky season.
  • Drivin Mama Crazy country music trio
  • Kids Crafts from noon to 5pm

Oktoberfest

Oktoberfest takes place around Six Flags Magic Mountain and is included with park admission. Check out the full event guide map below. Highlights include:

  • Oktoberfest food including bratwurst, Bavarian pretzels, and for those with a sweet tooth, Franzbrötchen, a flaky cinnamon roll.
  • Craft Beer and German Brews including new and familiar favorites
  • Entertainment includes authentic live performances and toe-tapping festive tunes at The Pub.
  • Bavarian-style games throughout the festival area
