The popular characters join the warm and vibrant Mexico portion of the attraction, silhouetted by a marigold bridge which you can see better in the photo above. No other major additions or changes have been confirmed or announced.
The duo joins a growing roster of familiar faces that have debuted at the Anaheim version of the attraction since 2009. More Disney favorites can be found in various areas relating to the country of origin for their stories. For instance, you can spot Cinderella in France, Alice and the Cheshire Cat in England, Lilo & Stitch in the Polynesia, and many others throughout the happiest cruise that ever sailed.
The attraction will also feature in the Disneyland 70th Anniversary as the backdrop for the new Tapestry of Happiness projection show.
See it for Yourself
The Disneyland 70th Anniversary celebration takes place from May 16, 2025 through summer 2026.
