Whether you’re a collector or a first time wayfinder at the Happiest Place on Earth, guide maps are an iconic part of the Disney Parks experience and now you can pick up the ones created for the Disneyland 70th Anniversary Celebration. Sure, you can use location services on a mobile device in the Disneyland app but your paper guide map is a lasting memento to commemorate a visit at the Disneyland Resort.
Here’s a closer look at the new guide maps for the Disneyland 70th Anniversary Celebration.
Disneyland Guide Map
The regular Disneyland park guide map features the popular Paint the Night parade on its cover with the Disneyland 70th logo. Beyond the map and legend guide identifying the attractions, entertainment, shopping, and dining you can find panels giving more information about the Magic Key program, the interactive MagicBand+, lightning Lane, and Mobile Order. A photo of Mickey and Minnie in their 70th anniversary outfits promotes the Disneyland mobile app.
The Family Adventure Map is a youth-focused offering giving a simpler look at visiting the Happiest Place on Earth with fun graphics. The kid version of the map is less focused on actual wayfinding and instead features iconic characters and visuals to create a roadmap of the various stories and adventures that will appeal to kids. For grownups, there are several sections that indicate kid-friendly food, attractions, and more. Plus there’s a fun Seek and Find activity in the map.
Disney California Adventure Guide Map
