About the Show
There’s different activities planned for the day with the Moxie and Brawny coyote pups causing a calamitous cacophony of chaos. The festivities are geared to the young — or the young at heart. These are not scripted shows per se but fun opportunities to just PLAY!
There’s only one showtime for each type of activity so you’ll want to check out the Calico Town Square message board for times on the day of your visit to make sure you don’t miss activities that you want to enjoy. Here’s some of the activities you can expect to encounter:

The fun continues in-between the scheduled shows as Boysen Bear, Brawny, and Moxie can also be spotted in and around Calico Park.
How to Enjoy
The first three activities and the Kid’s Pie Eating Contest are at Calico Park and the main Boysenberry Pie Eating Contest is at the Calico Mine Stage.
Boysen Bear’s Pie Kitchen Games
Boysen Bear’s Pie Kitchen Games take place in Calico Park several times per day and each show lasts approximately 15-20 minutes. There’s no need to arrive early for the Pie Kitchen Games as the setup is fairly flexible and easy. Many of the games are structured in a way that you can participate multiple times if you’d like.
Typical showtimes are 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 2:00 PM but always check the app for showtimes on the day of your visit. The shows may be dark on week days or have fewer showtimes.
Kid’s Pie Eating Contest
A kids-only version of the iconic Pie Eating Contest culminates the Pie Kitchen Games in Calico Park. Typical showtime is 2:45 PM but always check the app for showtimes on the day of your visit. The show may be dark on week days or have fewer showtimes.
