Nowadays, it’s all but expected that any Disney celebration is going to have special novelties and we’re starting to get some releases of what we can expect for the Disneyland 70th anniversary this year including a new Disneyland 70th Celebration Light Up Mickey Balloon Bucket.

Starting May 8, 2025, you can get your hands on the latest in the lineup of novelty Disneyland popcorn buckets. Featuring the 70th anniversary emblem, and several Disney characters, the teal popcorn bucket features the shape of the iconic Disneyland balloon. For now, there’s no details on pricing but we expect this to be available widely at most locations that sell popcorn. This balloon is also not expected to be refillable.

The iconic Mickey-shaped balloon dates back to the early days of Disneyland in 1956. Since then, the helium-filled souvenirs have become an indelible image for the Disneyland experience.
