The Knott’s Boysenberry Festival is back for the 2025 season promising a “berry” full line up to tempt the palate this year including a robust menu of food and drink all around Knott’s Berry Farm. Here’s a look at the food and drink options confirmed for the 2025 Knott’s Boysenberry Festival!

What to Expect

We’ve got a full list below but this year’s menu highlights a variety of creative dishes featuring Knott’s signature berry. Classic flavors and unique boysenberry-infused offerings are on tap once again this year including: Boysenberry Sausage on a Hoagie topped with Boysenberry Sauerkraut Slaw, Baked Cauliflower in a Boysenberry Chili Sauce, Goat Cheese, Apricot, and Boysenberry Thai Chili Jam Crostini, and the Chocolate Dipped Boysenberry Buñuelo with Boysenberry Ice Cream and Powdered Sugar.

Savory options abound including Boysenberry BBQ Short Rib Lasagna, Boysenberry Marinara Chicken Parmesan Thigh over Noodles, Beef Birria Loaded Fries with Boysenberry Consommé, and Boysenberry Infused Beef Chili over Mac and cheese with chili cheese corn chips.

Drinks and desserts that will tempt the palate include Butter Toffee Espresso Martini, Boysenberry, Cucumber Lemonade, Stuffed Boysenberry Pie Cookie, and Salted Caramel Brownie with Whipped Topping and Boysenberry Jam.

Some of the spirited libations with alcohol include Boysenberry Cosmopolitan, Boysenberry Tequila Smash, Boysenberry Lime Mexican Lager, Boysenberry Vanilla Double Hazy IPA, and Boysenberry Jalapeño Seltzer.

The 2025 Knott’s Boysenberry Festival Tasting Card is available to ALL guests which means you have the opportunity to taste your way through SIX different dishes and beverage options from participating booths and locations. Unlike Disneyland, your Tasting Card CAN be used for alcoholic options. NOTE: The image shown here is the Tasting Card for a previous year.

Know Before You Go

• VALUE ALERT: To get the most bang for your buck out of the 6-redemption passport, you’ll just want to make sure you don’t get any of the items that cost less than $9.17 (regular) or $7.5 (annual pass). Considering the a la carte prices, that shouldn’t be terribly difficult as long as you avoid desserts and drinks!
• WHERE TO BUY: The pass can be purchased at a number of places including General Store, Gold Trails Hotel, Little Spurs, and Wilderness Dance Hall.
• FOOD HOURS: Various locations may have different operating hours. Also, not all locations may be open during the week.
