About the Show

In this delightful Ghost Town twist on the classic tale, Della and Jim are two hard working citizens of Ghost Town who are both determined to make an extra special holiday for each other. Their earnest efforts to scrimp and save to make a special holiday end with a Christmas surprise that they will never forget.

How to Watch

The Gift of the Magi, 1885 runs for approximately 20 minutes and is performed at the Bird Cage Theatre. While it is not necessarily in high demand with most guests in the park, limited capacity for small venue does mean that showings can and will likely fill up.

Doors open roughly a half hour before showtime but there’s no need to arrive more than about 20 minutes early unless you are particular about where you sit in the theater. This is an intimate venue so even the farthest seat in the house is still pretty decent.

Typical showtimes are 2:15 pm and 5:30 pm during the Knott’s Merry Farm season but always check the app for showtimes on the day of your visit. The show may be dark on week days or have fewer showtimes.
