It’s the first day of October so naturally that means we have details about the upcoming Disney Holidays season — specifically, a Magic Key presale shopping opportunity to be amongst the first to purchase items from this year’s Mickey Mouse Family Christmas Collection coming the 2024 Disney Holiday season.

Here’s a look at what you an expect for the Magic Key presale for the 2024 Disney Holiday merchandise at Disneyland Resort.

What to Expect

Starting October 4, 2024, at the Disneyland Resort while supplies last, Magic Key holders will be among the first to purchase from a limited quantity of select pre-sale merchandise from the upcoming Mickey Mouse Family Christmas Collection! A few important details to know:

  • You’ll need to make sure your Magic Key pass is linked to your MyDisney account and that you’re logged in to the Disneyland app.

  • Select items will be available to buy and pick up on the same day at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District when purchasing through the mobile order service in the Disneyland app. Available while supplies last.

  • Mobile order offerings and availability are subject to restrictions and change or cancellation without notice. Disney reserves the right to cancel any purchases at any time for any reason without liability and to provide applicable refunds.

How to Shop

Check the Magic Key portal on the Disneyland app starting October 4, 2024 (no earlier than 8:00 AM Pacific Time) for the link to the pre-sale.

Purchase in the App

  1. Make sure your Magic Key pass is linked to your Disney account and that you are signed in.
  2. Select World of Disney from the app and choose a pick-up arrival window to get started.
  3. Browse the merchandise list and add items you’d like to purchase to your cart.
  4. After you’ve reviewed your details, pay for your order using a Disney Gift Card, Disney Rewards Redemption Card, Apple Pay or a stored payment method.

How to pick up your order:

  1. Within your arrival time window, let Disney know you’re on your way by tapping the “Prepare My Order” button in the Disneyland app.
  2. When you receive a notification in the Disneyland app that your order is ready, go to World of Disney to pick up your order

  • Eligible discounts on select items will be automatically applied.

Returns

Items purchased through mobile order are subject to the standard Disneyland Resort return policy and procedures. View the merchandise return policy for Disneyland Resort owned-and-operated locations.

If you do not pick up your merchandise order from the pickup location before the location closes at the end of the day on which you placed the order, the order will be refunded.
