Starting October 23, 2024, Disneyland Resort will begin rolling out limited quantities of a “super FastPass” called Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Costing several hundreds of dollars per day at its cheapest, the new top tier line-skipping option offers one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane experience in both of the Disneyland Resort theme parks.

Expected to rollout October 23, 2024 at Disneyland Resort (and October 30, 2024 at Walt Disney World Resort), the new top tier of Lightning Lane option offers the most flexibility for accessing attractions with minimal fuss and maximal cost.

Here’s a look at what this process will look like for visiting the Disneyland Resort.

Cost

At the Disneyland Resort, fans can expect the service to range in price from $300-$400 per person and this will cover both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Prices will be displayed in the Disneyland app up to 2 days in advance of your park visit.

*** At this time, Haunted Mansion Holiday is only available via a virtual queue, as enhancements to the queue area continue. Disney promises to offer Haunted Mansion Holiday as a Lightning Lane Premier Pass attraction in the future but they do not provide a time frame.

**** Pirates of the Caribbean is temporarily available as a Lightning Lane attraction.

What to Know

• Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass options are still available with no changes to how they currently run
• Lightning Lane Premier Pass provides one-time entry to each available Lightning Lane attraction queue at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park
• If you have a 1-park ticket, then your Lightning Lane Premier Pass can only be used in one theme park.
  • Pricing is based on usage of the service in both parks. Pricing does not vary based on the number of theme parks you visit that day; it cannot be discounted or refunded.
• You don’t have to choose arrival windows for Lightning Lane attractions—so you can ride the attractions you want, when you want (subject to very limited availability)
• Subject to very limited availability, and can be purchased via the Disneyland app up to 2 days in advance of your park visit, starting at 7:00 AM Pacific Time.
• Includes Disney PhotoPass perks with unlimited digital downloads (including attraction photos) plus the exclusive addition of PhotoPass Lenses which are not included with any other Lightning Lane Tier.

At Walt Disney World

The service comes to Walt Disney World on October 30 with different rules and pricing. The pricing ranges from $129 to $449 per person, per park. At rollout, the service is only available to guests staying at Disney Deluxe Resort hotels, Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts and other select hotels.
