The 2024 D23 – The Ultimate Disney Fan Event promises a BUNCH panels, content, and opportunities for fan discovery and a good way to maximize your time is with the Reservation Random Selection Process or D23 Reservation RSP, for short.

At its simplest, the the D23 Reservation RSP basically allows guests to make reservation requests for select panels, presentations, talent signings and show floor experiences at the Anaheim Convention Center in advance of the event.

What to Expect

  • WHEN IT STARTS: The Reservation RSP entry period for ALL event days for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event opens Monday, July 15, 2024, at 12 p.m. PT, and conclude on Friday, July 19, 2024 at 12 p.m. PT.
    • You can return to the page as often as you would like to review and modify your reservation selections before the entry period closes.
  • WHEN SELECTIONS ARE MADE: Reservations will be randomly distributed based on preferences and availability, and starting on August 2 through August 5, reservations will be assigned and then communicated to you via email if you have any confirmed selections.
    • The Reservation RSP is not first come, first served and there is no priority provided to entries based on the date and time they are submitted.
  • WHERE IT WORKS: There are three (3) categories in which to make your reservation selections. Each section will allow you to choose up to four (4) items.
    • Stage Presentations: Provides reservations to the confirmed sessions at Premiere Stage presented by Fandango, The Walt Disney Archives Stage, Backlot Stage, and Hyperion Stage.
    • Talent Central: Provides reservations for the confirmed talent photos and signings at Talent Central.
    • Show Floor Experiences: Provides reservations for talent signings, demonstrations, presentations, and giveaways happening in booths around the Show Floor.

Know Before You Go

General

  • Reservation RSP is NOT required for admission. Guests who are not assigned reservations have the opportunity to utilize standby queues for most Anaheim Convention Center panels and experiences.
  • Reservations are for the Anaheim Convention Center Event Stages, Talent Central, and most Show Floor Experiences only. Evening shows at the Honda Center are for D23 Ultimate Fan Pass ticket holders only. There are no reservations or stand-by queues available for the Honda Center.

Getting Reservations

  • Reservations are NOT guaranteed and will be randomly distributed based on preferences and availability.
  • Of course, all reservations are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

Losing Your Reservation

  • If you do not arrive at the location by the time specified prior to your reservation, your place may be filled by a standby guest.

Making Reservation Selections

  • A valid D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event adult badge is required to check in for a reservation.
    • If you are picking up your badge(s) at will call, you can still participate in the Reservation RSP with your D23 Member login associated with your badge(s).
  • The more selections you make, the better your chances may be of receiving at least one reservation.
  • Guests may only be assigned one reservation during a time slot.
  • For each item you select, you can select to bring up to seven (7) guests. Please note: the number of additional guests must be selected when you request a reservation. Additional guests CANNOT be added at a later date.
  • Children under the age of 18 are unable to make reservations but can accompany an adult with reservations as one of their additional guest(s).
