Knott’s Berry Farm officially ushered in the grand reopening of Camp Snoopy with an adorable ceremony that featured several PEANUTS friends, members of the Girls and Boys Club of Buena Park, and Knott’s Berry Farm Vice President & General Manager Jon Storbeck.
Grand Opening Ceremony
With a special dedication, a moving speech by Snoopy, and a ribbon cutting with Jon Storbeck, Knott’s officially welcomed the return of Camp Snoopy. PEANUTS friends included Beagle Scout Leader Snoopy, Charlie Brown, Lucy, Franklin, Sally, and Linus.

What to Expect
Camp Snoopy now boasts a brand-new Snoopy’s Tenderpaw Twister Coaster and a family-friendly Camp Snoopy’s Off-Road Rally car ride amongst the promise of more fun launching soon including a refreshed Beagle Express Railway, a new gentle thrill with Sally’s Swing Along, and a new multi-use Beagle Scout Acres green space for relaxation and recreation.
The land’s previous existing offerings are still in operation including Sierra Sidewinder coaster, Flying Ace plane ride, Balloon Race spinner, Linus Launcher flying spinner, Rapid River Run swinging boat ride, and Charlie Brown’s Kite Flyer spinning swings.
Snoopy’s Camp Store has also undergone a refresh and has stocked its shelves with not just loads of PEANUTS merch as always but a new selection of items celebrating the reopening of Camp Snoopy.

Camp Snoopy updated adventures are now open at Knott’s Berry Farm. The land was officially reopened on June 27, 2024.
The renewed interest in the land comes with the Apple TV release of the Camp Snoopy series which is available now on the popular streaming service.
