Since Tiana’s Palace opened at Disneyland last year, we’ve been bemoaning the fact that Disney did not take the opportunity to come up with a signature version of one of Tiana’s most flavorful characteristics… her love of hot sauce! It seems that this summer, Princess Tiana will in fact be spicing things up at Disney Parks!

Officially branded as Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce, the new condiment is available as a roasted pepper flavor and will be available on both coasts this year. Although timing and locations are not confirmed for Disneyland yet, we expect you’ll be able to find the spicy sensation at both Eudora’s Chic Boutique Featuring Tiana’s Gourmet Secrets in New Orleans Square and Louis’ Critter Club in Critter Country. You can also find it at Walt Disney World in the Main Street Confectionery and Critter Co-Op once Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens.

In addition to Mama Odie’s Hot Sauce, assorted Dooky Chase’s Seasonings will also be available. This will be the first time guests can buy Dooky Chase’s Gumbo Base, Seafood Seasoning, Meat Seasoning and Fried Chicken Seasoning outside of Dooky Chase’s Restaurant!

All of these special ingredients would pair well if you decide to cook up your own heaping pot of gumbo that’s sure to be the bee’s knees.
