Entertainment

Two fantastic entertainment offerings will help you pace yourself while inhaling every possible form of boysenberry. At the Calico Mine Stage find a berry special tribute to the park’s history through song and dance. Meanwhile, at the Bird Cage Theatre find a smaller scale fun story in the classic melodramatic style.

Exhibitions

There’s two special exhibitions paying tribute to the boysenberry. At the Factory Store near Beary Tales find an art gallery with awesome pieces created by local artists. If you’re wanting a more historical look back at the boysenberry, head towards the Ghost Town Town Hall for a retrospective video taking a look back!

Pie Eating Contest

Good old fashioned wholesome fun is in store at this activity centered on consuming Knott’s most famous berry!

Mrs. Knott’s Cookie Decorating

Grab a boysenberry-shaped cookie from Cordelia’s Kitchen and decorate it with as much icing and sprinkles as you can tolerate. Typical hours are 11am – 7pm but availability may vary.

Boysenberry Fun and Games

All day long, stop by Calico Park and see what fun boysenberry games are in store. Trivia and other fun country fair style activities are in tow!

Old MacDonald’s Barn

Find a selection of adorable farmyard friends including horses, sheep, goats and more. They might be up for some petting, too!

Shopping

Merch Run

Aside from the expected treats, snacks, preserves, and other food items made with boysenberries, there’s also other fun items including pie-shaped slippers, new tees (and a Spirit Jersey), and much more.

Boysenberry Plants

Head over to the Gold Mine Trail where you can pick yourself up your very own Boysenberry Plant ($29.99) or you can get a Boysenberry Plant + Commemorative Purple Watering Can ($34.99).

Craft Fair

Unique boysenberry-inspired artisan products will also be available at the Boysenberry Festival Craft Fair returning with 30 local craft vendors. Each crafter features its own boysenberry-themed items and other items available for purchase.
