New concept art accompanied announcements for even more changes coming to Downtown Disney. As construction continues at a fever pitch, the mouse is adding a bunch of new dining options to the popular shopping district and the latest news is a quick-service Mexican eatery, TWO new Earl of Sandwich locations (one sit-down, one gastropub), and more!
New Announcements
Tiendita
- In addition to previously announced Paseo and Céntrico, Tiendita will also be under guidance of Chef Gaytán with menus that pay homage to his Mexican heritage infused into on-the-go offerings. Expect to find tempting quick-service Mexican street-food staples.
New concept art offers a peek at the updates currently being made in Downtown Disney for both Paseo and Céntrico.
Earl of Sandwich
Fans of the popular quick-service sandwich shop (or its more recent sit-down concept) will be happy to know that what seemed like modest plans at first in the restaurant’s Downtown Disney evolution will actually bring more Earl than ever!
- The new Earl of Sandwich will be an all-new, two-story location with a quick-service Earl of Sandwich shop on the ground level and a table-service gastropub upstairs.
New Look: Parkside Market
The previously announced Parkside Market food court will bring a variety of much-needed new dining options to Downtown Disney and two new pieces of concept art reveal more mid-century flair for the design of this new area near the Disneyland Hotel.
